At this moment, we are looking to expand our team by hiring a Customer Support Agent who could fulfill the following criteria:
The right candidate should
- Have a “Can-Do” attitude;
- Speaks and writes in German as smoothly as his/her mother tongue;
- Be dedicated, proactive, and able to find solutions for various job-related problems;
- Have excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office package and Outlook;
- Have the ability to work independently and within a team;
- Have a high level of empathy and an ability to understand the clients.
Bonus – Previous working experience as a customer support agent is a HUGE plus!
What you will do:
- Receive and respond to customer service telephone calls with speed and professionalism;
- Manage database records, and resolve customer complaints with patience;
- Report your activities directly to your manager;
- Ensure top-notch customer success rate;
- Show empathy and effectively understand customers` requests.
